Mayor Candidate of Lalitpur Metropolitan City files case
The mayor candidate Hari Krishna Byanjankar from CPN UML for Lalitpur Metropolitan City has filed a case at Patan High Court saying that he was defeated in Local Level Election intentionally.
The filed case states that his application during the vote counting process was not heard and he further accused of irregularities during the vote counting process.
He accused that the vote counting process was one way and intentional without letting his representative to sign in “Muchulka”. He said that there was a dispute while counting votes from ward numbers 1,2,4,9 and 26. He said that he filed a case because the counting was bais and not fair.
