The second meeting held by legislative parliament on January 9 has passed the proposal of “Local Level Election Bill, 2016” with majority.
Prior to this, the bill could not be presented due to the lack of number. The meeting has passed the bill after the meeting was postponed for half an hour. Vice-prime minister and Home Minister Bimelendra Nidhi had presented the proposal.
