INSEC presents Election Preliminary Observation Report to EC
The third phase of local level election was held in a peaceful environment on September 18 in eight districts under province number 2. The preliminary observation report of the election is handed over to the Election Commission’s secretary Begendra Raj Sharma Paudel.
The observation was done in various polling centers of 136 local levels by 100 INSEC observers. The preliminary observation report prepared basedon the information received from observers was presented to the election commission’s secretary Paudel by INSEC Executive Director Bijaya Raj Gautam.
While receiving the observation report, secretary Paudel praised INSEC for presenting the report within 2 hours after the completion of election. He added that election commission and INSEC has made the preliminary election observation report together at the same time.
