April 30, 2017 By INSEC

Nepali Congress lawmaker Min Bahadur Bishwokarma is the proposer of the impeachment motion while it was seconded by Chief Whip of the CPN (Maoist Centre), Tek Bahadur Basnet.

It was registered as per Article 101 (b) of the Constitution, accusing CJ Karki of interfering on the executive rights of the government and delivering verdicts by distorting facts in the appointment of Inspector General of Police, among others, said lawmaker Bishwokarma.
