Human Rights Year Book editing Assembly started in Banke
The editing of the incidents of human rights violation and atrocities collected for the publication of Human Rights Year Book commences in Banke from December 26.
During the inauguration of the assembly NHRC chief Chandra Kanta Chapagain of Nepalgunj said that the monitoring and documentation of HRV incidents by INSEC district representative has definitely supported the commission.
Speaking at the program, Govinda Tripathi from INSEC central Office highlighted the issues of editing in Human Rights Book and said that INSEC district representative are playing important role in documentation.
Similarly, Ramesh Timilsina from INSEC central office said that factual information must be included during editing.
Bhola Mahat, provincial coordinator of INSEC province 5 recommended that Year book is being transformed. He stressed that issues raised during pre-review must be included in the book.
