Forest Minister violating election code of conduct
The forest minister of the present government, Shanker Bhandary is found to be violating election code of conduct by involving in election related activities.
The minister participated the election assembly at Bhanu Municipality on May 6 against the election code of conduct. The minister had even asked for the votes to the mayor and vice-mayor of the party during the program.
According to the paragraph 3 of the election code of conduct, a person appointed as a minister or having a government post cannot participate in election related activities. The mister used government vehicle with flag to participate the election assembly which is a direct breaching of election code of conduct.
