Fined on charge of touching cowshed, victim lodges complaint
Prem Bahadur B.K of Chededaha Villagec council-1, Biradi was fined for Rs 2,000 by Rajendra Bahadur Singh of the same place on charge of accusing him of touching his cowshed while he was just walking nearby. A complaint against the accused was lodged by B.K at District Administration Office for caste discrimination on June 23.
Prior to this, the victim had pledged for the justice with INSEC district representative Padam Bahadur Singh. He lodged a complaint at District Administration Office with assistance from INSEC district representative.
CDO Devendra Lamichhane said that the incident is a serious crime and accused will be summoned and will be charged under the law if found guilty.
