Female Inmates Fed With” Daar” (Festive Feast)
In a joint coordination of INSEC Biratnagar and Women Network Sunsari, female inmates at Biratnagar prison were fed with Daar (festive feast) on the occasion of Teej (women festival) on September 2.
At least 66 women were fed with Daar and presented cosmetics and sanitary pads according to the chairperson Laxmi Gautam of Women Network, Sunsari.
Speaking at Daar program, former CA member Yasodha Adhikari said that such program will play an important role to exchange wishes and belongingness.
