The second phase of polling has begun from 7 am today in 45 districts of the country. In all districts, the polling has begun with exuberant participation of voters according to the information received from INSEC district representatives and observers.
According to INSEC district representative Top Lal Aryal of Gulmi, in Baletaksar Secondary school polling center of RuRu rural municipality, two bombs were found near the polling centers quoting security personnel. The security has been deployed in the incident site for disposal.
Similarly in Kathmandu, a bomb has been exploded at around 8:30 in 200 meters away from Bidhya Mandir polling center in Chandagiri Municipality-13. The polling center resumed after some time according to INSEC staff Anuj K.C
According to Surkhet district representative Durga Thapa, the polling has begun in Kafalkot polling center in Simata Rural Municipality from 7:15 am. Until 9:15 am 285 voters have casted their votes. The security arrangement has been tightened in polling centers,
