Dissemination against code of conduct

The political parties and candidates are disseminating election in their respective constituencies by violating election code of conduct.

According to INSEC district representative Manohar Kumar Pokhrel of Saptari, left alliance candidate Umesh Yadav has violated the election code of conduct by miking since the morning in constituency number 2 asking for votes.

He is found to be using City Ricksaw and miking through the area asking for vote which is against election code of conduct..

Similarly, independent candidate of constituency number 2, Jaya Prakash Thakur and Arun Kumar Dev, candidate for province member 2(2) has violated the election code of conduct by using bigger loudspeakers to disseminate their election in Raj Biraj.

According to INSEC district representative Nanda Ram Paudel of Kapilvastu, the locals of Buddha Bhumi Municipality-4, Buddhi have controlled Nepali Congress candidate Surendra Raj Acharya of constituency Number 2 and handed over to Area Police Office after finding him distributing pamphlets against Brijesh Kumar Gupta by violating the election code of conduct.

The vehicle used by the candidate along with cadres have been taken into control by the police .
