Discussion held on the issue of Human Rights situation of the district
Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) central office Kathmandu and INSEC Farwestern Province office of Dhangadhi has organized a discussion program with concerned stakeholders of the district regarding the human rights situation of the district on November 14.
The team led by administrative chief Prem Parajuli of INSEC had discussed a various human rights issues with the officials of District Coordination Committee, District Police Office, District Prison and representatives of civil society.
During the discussion program, SP Kuber Kadayat of District Police Office said that in recent days the incidents of rape, domestic violence and suicide are in increasing trend in the district.
The monitoring team had gathered the information of district prison of Kanchanpur as well.
