Demanded for the fair investigation from Commission
The victim’s of disappeared people have demanded for the fair investigation along with the reparation with the CIEDP commission in one program held at Besishahar Municipality-8 on October 25.
The participants in an interaction program with stakeholders from the commission have urged for the fair investigation.
The victim’s family said that they are only getting pain at the moment and the issue is the same.
Victim’s family Nirmala Paudel said that we need either body or life of our loved ones.
Speaking at the interaction program, District judge Komal Prasad Acharya stressed that the commission must work in favor of victims and they must get justice along with reparation. He added that commission must show their responsibility and must make the state responsible aswell.
Secretary Krishnajibi Ghimire of the commission complained that commission could not expedite its work as expected.
He added that if the officials of the commission shows their positive attitude, commission can perform its duty within one year.
