Court Slams six years to a rape accused
The District Court of Morang has ordered to sentence 22 years old Deepak Rasaili of Patharishanishare Municipality-4 for six years after finding him guilty on raping 14 years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge Nawa Raj Dahal had given the cerdict on May 22 regarding the case. The court had also ordered convict to compensate the victim with Rs 25,000.
The accused had lured the girl for marriage and raped her on March 14 according to the victim’s party.
The victim underwent a health checkup at Koshi Zonal Hospital on March 15.
