Court Slams life sentence to mother on charge of killing
The District Court of Dailekh has ordered to sentence 29 years old Jaukala alias Sharmila Buda of Mahabu Rural Municipality-4 on charge of killing nine years old daughter Bhawana Buda.
A single bench of District Court judge Sanat Chandra Lawat ordered to sentence her for life after finding her guilty on killing.
On June 23, the accused mixed poison in a food and gave to her daughter. The victim died on the way to the hospital. Her 13 years old son Bhupendra Buda however survived the incident.
The accused was remanded in custody by the court order on July 30.
