Court Slams five years to the rape convict
The District Court of Udaypur has ordered to sentence 15 years boy for five years along with compensation of Rs 20,000. He was in a child improvement house on charge of raping three years old girl.
A single bench of district court judge Tejendra Prasad Sharma Sapkota had given the verdict regarding the case. In the same case, the father of the victim was also sentenced for three months by the court. He was sentenced on charge of trying to conceal the incident despite of hospital giving evidence of rape. He might have been lured financially according to police.
The incident was revealed when the girl became ill after two days of incident and the victim’s family had lodged complaint at DPO Bolse against the accused. The accused was remanded in Child improvement center since two months.
