Court Slams 10 years on charge of trafficking
The District Court of Chitwan has ordered to sentence three accused for 10 years after finding them guilty on attempting to traffick 18 years old girl in India by luring her a better job in Gulf county. The court has also ordered for the penalty of Rs 50,000 from each of the convicts.
A single bench of District Court judge Rajendra Adhikari had given the verdict regarding the case on May 16. The convicts are 30 years old Kumari B.K of Bharatpur Metropolis-11, 40 years old Dhan Bahadur B.K and 42 years old Mahendra Sunar according to the source.
They were controlled by Maiti Nepal in 2018, April 5 and were handed over to the police.
