Court gives verdict on favour of Acharya and Kafle
Judge Nagendra Labh Karna of Hetauda bench under the High Court of Patan has void the application lodged on the issue of ward chairman of Bharatpur Municipality ward number 4 and 7.
Upendra Raj Sapkota and Shyam Prasad Lamichhane had lodged a complaint against recently elected ward chairman duo Hari Acharya and Rajendra Mani Kafle of ward number 4 and 7 demanding for re-counting of votes. The oath taking process of both chairman was halted due to the application lodged at high court.
The decision of the court has now paved the way for both ward chairman for their oath taking process.
