Complaint Lodged Against Rape Accused
A complaint was filed against Birjalal Tharu aka Ravi, 24, of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-2, Tilauri on March 2, 2021, for raping an 18-year-old girl.
According to DSP Satyanarayan Thapa of the District Police Office, the accused has been raping for a long time and last she was raped on December 15. Police said that they were searching for the accused as he was absconding.
The victim was examined at Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa on March 2.
