Complaint lodged against rape accused
The victim’s party of 15 years old girl have lodged complaint at District Police Office against 22 years old Birendra Shahi of Bhairabi Rural Municipality-5 on charge of rape. The District Police Office has registered the complaint on January 4.
The victim’s party said that the accused absconded from the village after he attempted to settle the case within the village and victim’s party denied.
The accused had raped the girl on January 3 according to the party. The accused will be charged under the law after his arrest according to police.
