Complaint Filed Against Rape Accused
A complaint was filed against Lalit Ram (18) of Siraha Municipality-22 at the District Police Office Siraha on 29 June 2020 in accusation of raping a 15-year-old girl.
The victim was raped several times since 28 February 2020 and now she is four month’s pregnant, a complaint to the victim.
The accused had fed some medicines to the victim on 20 June 2020 for aborting the fetus after which she fell sick informed the victim’s mother to INSEC’s representative. After interrogating with the victim about her illness, she explained about her condition, added her mother.
According to DSP Binod Ghimire of District Police Office, the accused has absconded and search is ongoing.
He added that the victim was referred to Koshi Zonal Hospital after her checkup was not possible at the District Hospital.
