Compensation demanded for the treatment of injured during agitation
The legal entrepreneurs of the district has demanded the state party to provide compensation to Digamber Yadav treasurer of District Bar Association along with free treatment who was injured in a police firing during Terai-Madhes agitation on 6th March 2017 at Basbitti VDC-5.
The legal entrepreneurs of the district along with High Court Bar Association Rajbiraj have demanded for the compensation and free medical treatment to the victim Yadav and further warned to go for agitation if their demand is not addressed. The victim Yadav still have a bullet shrapnel inside his abdomen.
Speaking at the program, the injured advocate Yadav thanked all the legal entrepreneurs for supporting him financially during the treatment.
Advocate Yadav was injured in a police firing during the agitation of United Democratic Madhesi Morcha while disrupting the Mechi-Mahakali campaign of CPN UML.
