Commission warns to void candidacy for those violating CoC
The election Commissioner Dr Ayodhee Prasad Yadav has warned to void the candidacy of the candidate who violates the election code of conduct.
Speaking at the election training program for the youth of political parties in Kathmandu on November 3, Yadav said that the commission is adopting zero tolerance policy on CoC violation.
” We are confident that all political parties will follow the election code of conduct in exuberant environment to make this election successful”, he said. He added that any candidate found to be distributing T-Shirts, cap, luring voters or doing any activities that are against election code of conduct, their candidacy will be void.
