Commission ask for clarification from minister Dev
The Election Commission has directed Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation minister Jitendra Narayan Dev to present letter of clarification by presenting at office within 24 hours on October 5.
The minister has transferred the deputy general of the corporation without the agreement of the commission at the time where the election code of conduct is in enforcement according to spokesperson and general secretary Nawa Raj Dhakal of the commission.
The commission has directed the minister to present the letter of clarification within 24 hours for the reason behind the transfer of deputy general Sanjeev Gautam of Civil Aviation without the agreement of commission.
