Chief Election Commissioner says: Envirnoment for election is getting better
The chief election commissioner Dr Ayodhi Prasad Yadav said that the election environment is getting better as the political condition of the nation is getting better.
Speaking at the training of election officers in Biratnagar on April 13, commissioner Yadav said that overall situation for the election is satisfactory.
He added that there are no official information about boy cutting election however if election is disrupted the commission is ready to conduct election in other phase. He said that all party must respect and protect the fundamental rights of the people.
The commissioner said that there are no immediate security threat during the election and added that commission will organize program in province number 2 based on need. He said that the commission do not want to conduct election by deploying army force. He also said that there is no situation to deploy army during an election as there are Nepal Police and Armed Police Force.
