CCCE Committee formed in various Districts

With the objective of making the campaign success for the second phase of election by making it clean and fearless along with effective monitoring and observation, CCCE has been formed in 14 districts of the eastern region in an initiation of INSEC.

According to Ilam district representative Kokila Dhakal, 13 members Citizen’s Campaign for Clean Election (CCCE) is formed in Ilam in coordination of Satendra Jagebu.  INSEC district representative Kokila Dhakal is chosen as  secretary member of the campaign along with Bir Bahadur Khadka, Bhakta Thami, Yog Raj Sapkota, Khem Bhujel, Damodar Chapagain, Yam Mawohang, Sabitra Guragain, Kaushika Rai, Suresh Portel, Rudra Thebe and Bhagirath Bhandary as a members.

According to Taplejung district representative Dev Raj Gurung, in coordination of chairman Chandra Prakash Bhattarai of environment protection and development forum, 11 members CCCE is formed in Taplejung. The secretary of the committee is INSEC district representative Dev Raj Gurung and in members consists of Rabin Bhattarai, Sita Ram Guragain, Mala Palungwa, Uma Gurung, Ananda Gaitam, Ganga Rai, Laxmi B.K, Udaya Khudang and Santosh Burkoti.

According to Morang District Representative Indira Bhattarai, a CCCE has been formed in the district in coordination of, central member of NGO federation, Trilok Neupane. The secretary of the committee is Som Thapa, eastern regional coordinator of INSEC. The members consist of Manjita Upadhyaya, Indira Bhattarai, Indra Neupane, Surya Dahal, Mausam Rai, Prakash Pariyar and Hemanta Parasar.

According to Sunsari district representative Shekhar Dhakal, CCCE is formed in the district in coordination of District facilitator and human rights network coordinator Ramesh Bhattarai. The committee consists of INSEC district representative Shekhar Dhakal, Damber Budathoki, Ganesh Timsina. Kamal Tigela, Shyam Mochi and Purna Bhujel as a members.

According to INSEC district representative Santosh Ruchal of Dhankuta, CCCE has been formed with seven members in coordination of district coordinator of NEOC Bidur Subedi. The secretary of the campaign is INSEC district representative Santosh Ruchal and members include Saroj Bhujel, Dr Khagendra Katuwal, Manisha Pokhrel, Sangeeta Chapagain and Narayan Kumar Rai.

According to Bhojpur district representative Kiran Rai, seven member committee has been formed in coordination of Bimala Thapa of NGO federation. The committee consists of co-coordinator Bimal Ranpaheli of human rights network and secretary as Kiran Rai, district representative of INSEC. The members of CCCE consist of Bidhya Rai, Action Rai, Neema Sherpa and Buddha Tamang.

According to Sankhuwashabha district representative Babu Ram Bastola, seven member committee of CCCE has been formed in coordination of Chewan Chandra Basnet of NEOC. The secretary of committee consists of INSEC district representative Babu Ram Bastola whereas members include Ganga Bista, Krishna Raj Shakya, Manoj Gautam, Prem Niraula and Sabita B.K.

A seven members CCCE committee has been formed in Terhathum in coordination of INSEC district representative Bhagishwor Limbu. The secretary of the committee consists of Ratna Ninglekhu of Amnesty international whereas the member includes Naresh Dhungana, Sita Rimal, Prem Chandra Ninglekhu, Krishna Bhattarai and Kumar Bisankhe.

According to Siraha district Representative Durga Pariyar CCCE has been formed in the district in coordination of chairperson Bhairab Prasad Gelal of District watch committee. The secretary of the committee consists of INSEC district representative Durga Pariyar and a member includes Ganga Kumari Adhikari, Ramananda Gupta, Alina Hingmang, Jageshwor Yadav and Mohan Pasman.

According to Udayapur District representative Bharat Khadka, a seven member CCCE committee has been formed in the district in coordination of Chairperson Bharat Khadka of Human Rights network of the district. The vice-chairman, secretary and treasurer of the campaign include Bandana Danuwar, Bharat Bahadur Khadka and Chitra Kumar Karki. The members include Rewati Parajuli, Tulsi Ram Chaulagain and Sumitra Koirala.

According to Khotang district representative Sunita Magar,  17 members CCCE committee has been formed in the district in coordination of INSEC district representative Sunita Magar. The members of the committee include Dilli Man Rai, Lok Nath Ghimire, Dilip Khatri, Yuv Raj Koirala, Rabin Rai, Bodh Raj Paudel, Sangeeta Shrestha, Bimal Kaji Shrestha, Krishna Prasad Acharya, Uttam Chaulagain, Surya Tamang, Daman Rai, Januka Joshi, Geeta Magar, Narayan Das Rai and Hira Bahadur Niraula.

INSEC district representative Pasang Bomjung Tamang of Solukhumbu said that a seven member CCCE committee has been formed in the district in coordination of chairperson Manoj Kumar Shrestha of FNJ Solukhumbu. The secretary of the committee consists of INSEC district representative Pasang Bomjung. The mebers of the committee included  Yam Bahadur Rai, Dorji Tamang, Tanki Maya Basnet, Saurav Adhikari and Maya Tamang.

According to the INSEC district representative of Panchthar, Mangal Begha, on May 31, CCCE committee has been formed in district headquarter of Phidim. The committee consists of 11 members in coordination of Prem Ojha, district chairperson of NEOC. The members includes Surya Kumar Niraula, central member of Nepal Human Rights Organization (HURON), Punya Dahal, secretary Sagun Sushara of NEOC, Tika Timsina of Bar Association, Laba Dev Dhungana of FNJ and Sanju Ghimire of NGO federation. Similarly, Bimala Dhakal, women rights activists is also a member of the network. INSEC district representative Mangal Begha has been appointed as a secretary of the committee.

Meanwhile, in Saptari 11 members CCCE committee has been formed in coordination of INSEC district representative Manohar Kumar Pokhrel. Similarly in Okhaldhunga, 11 members CCCE committee has been formed in coordination of INSEC district representative Shiva Prasad Dhungana.
