Case lodged against the accused on child marriage
Police have arrested 14 years old bride groom of Sammarimai village council-1 and his 36 years old father Sugrim Kahar on May 22 on charge of luring 12 years old girl and compelling her for marriage.
Other two accused Shyam Narayan Mishra,50 and his 20 years old son Lava Mishra is absconding according to the police.
Similarly, police have arrested 45 years old mother Rum Challi Malaha and 18 years old Sanjaya Kumar Mallaha on May 22 on charge of involving in a match making of 14 years old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint at police after she was compelled for marrying 20 years old boy in India before reaching a marital age.
