Bomb detonated in the house of ward chairman
The cadres of Nepal Communist Party led by Biplov have detonated a bomb in the house of 52 years old ward chairman Bhim Prasad Paudel at Damak Municipality-7.
The bomb was detonated at around 8:30 pm injuring a couple walking nearby. The injured were local Trilochan Pokhrel and Shyam Kumar Rai and receiving treatment at Lifeline Hospital in Damak.
Locals said that the incident was a result of demolition of squatter’s house at Damak Municipality-7 as they were built in public land. The incident is under investigation according to DSP Deepak Giri.
