Biplov led NCP cadre released in coordination from media personnel and INSEC
A district in charge Ganesh Bahadur Dhakal, 45 of Bardaghat Biplov led Nepal Communist Party was released from the District Administration Office on March 31 in an initiation from INSEC and media personnel.
Dhakal was arrested by the police on March 5 on charge of his involvement in vandalization and arson attack.
He was released after the initiation from INSEC district representative Narayan Parajuli, media personnel Hari Sharma and local Ram Chandra Adhikari. Dhakal however claimed that he is already separated from the party.
