“Biplov” affiliated Student’s Union Misbehaves Principal
A group of people from “AKHIL” Struggling Student Union led by Netra Bikram Chand “Biplov” has misbehaved Principal Bir Bahadur Shahi of BIdhya Mandir Secondary School at Panchadewal-Binayak Municipality-3 on June 5 by smearing black soot on to his face.
He was misbehaved by the cadres during the school hour in his own office room on charge of not addressing their demands according to former chair Padam Raj Adhikari of Nepal Teacher’s Association of Achham.
The teachers of the school have demanded for the immediate action against those involved in a misbehavior. Former chair Adhikari said that there is provision to put their demand with process however this is the direct intervention on some one’s right to dignified life.
The incident has affected the study of the school and there is fear among the teachers. Prior to this, the cadres had padlocked the school demanding to withdraw fee hike and investigation of financial anomalies in the school.
