Arrested on charge of killing daughter-in-law
Police have arrested 55 years old father-in-law Chinak Harijan on September 24 on charge of killing 38 years old Sumitra Harijan of Sarawal Rural Municipality-6.
The accused had attacked his daughter-in-law five months ago on May 9 and was seriously injured. She died while undergoing treatment on September 21 according to police.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at DPO and he was arrested for investigation according to inspector Dipendra Gurung.
The postmortem of the body is conducted at Medical College in Bhairahawa according to police.
