Arrested on charge of Human Trafficking, victims rescued
Police have arrested two accused from Bhairahawa and rescued three women from Belhiya check-post in coordination with Indian police while they were attempted to traffic in Dubai and Oman via India. The rescued women are 31, 24 and 22 years old.
They were lured for a better job in foreign land according to the police. The accused were 22 year old Mahesh Gupta of Maharajgunj Sunauli, India and 30 years old Anu Khan of Kathekhola Village Council-4, Baglung.
Police was suspicious after the victims were traveling without any documents according to SI Yam Bahadur Bohara.
