APF constable murdered by an unidentified person
Police have recovered the dead body of 33 years old assistant constable Narendra Kunwar from the canal at Bhim Datta Municipality-6. His head was crushed by the stone. Constable Kunwar was working at Custom Department at Gadda Post.
Police is in suspicion that he might have killed while going to the house in midnight after finishing his duty on August 23. A motorbike with registration number Ma2Pa623 that he was driving has been recovered from the site.
SP Prakash Bahadur Chand of District Police Office said that it looks like a murder however the investigation is underway.
The relatives of the deceased had demonstrated and obstructed the highway demanding the action against the accused involved in his murder. The postmortem of the body was conducted at Mahakali Zonal Hospital on August 24.
